How to get this site out there?
I am in the process of trying to get my site out
there for people to see.
I currently have a full time AND part time job and
finding the time to go through all the things that
I have stored in my basement is hard! Hopefully
over the next week or so I can pull out all the
storage bins and start taking pics and adding to
my site.
Some people may wonder why I dont just have an
ACTUAL yard sale!! I think it is a lot easier to
sit at home and look for other people's "junk"
rather than waste gas driving around looking to
see who is having a yard/garage sale! (especially
with the price of gas these days!!)
If anyone has any suggestions on what I can do to
promote my site, or if you have any comments I
would love to hear from you.

I agree!
I agree with you---it's easier, and I think more
practical, to have an online yard sale. It's
on-going, items can be seen and/or purchased any
day of the week as opposed to only Saturdays. I'm
in the process of cleaning out my closets and such
as well, which is how I came across your website.
I googled "virtual yard sale" to see others ideas
of how to go about it and found a comment you
posted on 43things.com. You built a *free*
website? I want to know how it was free! And
congrats on the # of hits. :) My bf has a website
and he's so eager about hits!
